Reservations
A form submission is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Availability, rates, taxes, deposits, cancellation terms and included services are confirmed directly by the concierge before a booking is complete.
Rates and offers
Displayed rates are starting cues in Canadian dollars and may vary by date, occupancy and category. Offer inclusions are subject to availability, have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless the confirmed terms say otherwise.
Property access
Guests must follow property safety and conduct policies. The evening salon is restricted to adults aged 19 or over with valid identification and may apply additional access requirements.
Responsible play
Salon activity is entertainment only. Guests should set time and spending limits, never chase losses and ask a host for a break or support whenever needed.
