Laodemy House began with one question: what should a waterfront hotel give back to a day? The answer became a sequence of simple rooms — a sheltered arrival, a library open at all hours, windows deep enough to sit in and a dining room that changes with the light.
Service is observant, never theatrical. Hosts remember the practical details, then leave enough space for the stay to feel like your own.

Local stone grounds the public rooms. Cedar warms the suites. Copper appears where hands meet the building: at rails, lamps, handles and the long reception desk.
The landscape uses wind-tolerant grasses, ferns and arbutus, chosen to frame the water rather than compete with it.
