Dining at Laodemy

Six rooms. One coastal pantry.

The kitchen’s point of view

Cold water,
warm room.

Our menus begin with the island rather than a format: day-boat fish, winter brassicas, orchard fruit, seaweed, cultured dairy and grains milled nearby.

One culinary team moves through all six rooms, keeping standards consistent while each venue keeps its own rhythm.
